Razzle Dazzle Filled Cream Cheese Cookies

  Makes 48 cookies. Dough can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Ingredients: 8 oz. bar cream cheese, room temperature 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 1/3 cup sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg yolk 1 1/2 cups Wee Bee Jammin Razzle Dazzle Raspberry Jam (or your other favorite jam) Directions: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Add flour and salt on low speed until combined.  Do not overmix.
